Many guillochepens are made by a 2-dimensional engravingon brass body while Laban made it by 3-dimension, another step of most advantage technique. After engraving, they paint the pen body color and including transparent lacquer for more than 5 layers. Each finish will hold up to the most rigorous writing tasks.
